Razor's Picks:

I'm going to be picking a few today. First off, the cubs over the padres as a road dog. I don't think the Padres have enough offense to win this one against Zambrano as the cubs win a close one.

Second, another dog but this time a home dog with the bosox over the mets. Yes they have to face santana, but as long as the redsox can get him out around the 7th inning, dice k should be able to keep the sox close enough for the sox to knock around the mets bullpen and get the win.

Third, the jays with roy halladay over the braves. The jays just had a rough series in boston and will be hungry for this win with their ace on the hill.

Finally, the blackhawks over the red wings. Chicago nearly got one in Detroit and they won't lose this one at home. It is a must win for the blackhawks and they won't fall down 0-3 in the series.

Rez's Picks:

Wow am I brutal or what? My picks today made Garsha look good!! Rough day and you know you're bad when you take the White Sox and they lose 20-1!! But the Braves being shut out and the missed free throws in the Lakers game didn't help..
Anyways time to get my head up and go hard tomorrow, just be advised if anyone is thinking about following..

A couple early picks I am going to throw out there are:

the Jays over the Braves. Halladay with that value coming off a sweep to the Red Sox is pretty nice.

I guess we're all going to be on the Blackhawks as well tomorrow (which worries me as we were all off with Rays a couple nights ago and the bball over tonight) as they shouldn't go down 3-0 in the series,

and I am also liking the over 5.5 in that game. I decided I would take the over in each game for that series and so far it's 1-1 so we'll see..

Another play I like is Cle-Cin over 10.5 runs with two pretty bad pitchers going at it and the power-hitting Votto returning for the Reds..

Oh and throw in Under 9.5 Runs in both the Min/Mil game and the Det/Col game for me will ya? :)

Danno's Picks:

I am going with Oakland and Cahill over Buckner and Arizona. Buckner is returning from AAA and making his first start. He was previously coming out of the bullpen and getting shelled !!

I am also going with the Twins at home with Slowey.

The Tigers to stay hot with Portello at Detroit.

Cinncy as I think Arroyo will have a good outing and they will get him some run support at home.

I like Doc Halliday and the Jays over Atlanta and

the Cavs to win big at cleveland to even the series !!

Bunyah's Picks:

My pick for the day is Blackhawks over the wings

Tool's Picks:

Cleveland and over 188. If the cavs cant put up some points and take em at home, they need to start planning their vacation. Again, being from cleveland, the talk is a cavs big win tonight, we shall see.

st Louis over KC. i feel st louis is a better team, good home field record and they have the potential to score runs.

Under 8.5 in the Tor/Atl game. Halladay on the mound,

Boston ML -only a half game behind jays. Hoping they take the first game of the series.
Matsuzakas makes first start in 5 weeks.

Dankone's Picks:

Whats up people. Well of course you take Halladay and the Jays. But i'm going with Pittsburgh Pirates over Chicago White Sox. Zach Duke of the Burgh has a better road era 2.70 and batters are only hitting .240 against him if not better. Well hopefully tonight pitching prevails.

EFlo's Picks:

Lebron will come out stronger than ever tonight. I expect that he will be driving and diming like he does at his best. With that being said Cavs win by 15+ so take them at -9 and take the under 188 as well. The cavs will not allow a team to score 100 in two straight games.

BowlSnapper's Picks:

3 plays today:

Cleveland doesn't lose two in a row on their home floor. Look for them to smother the Magic on the defensive end and cover the -9. It won't matter if Lebron takes the final shot, not tonight.

The Blackhawks will need to win in their own building to make this a series. They ride their home crowd who haven't seen a big game like this in their building for a long time.

Joey Votto comes back and jolts the Reds offense over the Indians. Mainly I like Arroyo over Reyes. The Reds owned Reyes when he was with the Cards. This is why he's in Cleveland now.

Have a great weekend, by the way, to all. I won't be picking games as I'll be off the grid spending time with my family. Catch you on Monday or Tuesday, with more opinions.

If the Blackhawks come in tonight, take the Red Wings in game 4. The winner of this series will win the Stanley Cup.

Carolina wins the next game in their series with the Penguins. They gotta stay out of the penalty box, though!

Garsha's Pick:

Twins -1.5

Pit/CWS ov 9.5

BamaHammer's Picks:

Wow, I got destroyed last night! Hope today is 100x better.

I am taking Oakland. Bucker...15pus ERA...that is my reason behind that.

Gonna jump on the bandwagon with the Blue Jays.

Tigers have a great team at home.
Good luck

KyleC's Picks:

RedRaider's Picks:

I'm going to throw out a few more picks today. Which is guaranteed to blow up in my face!

1. Twins over Brewers - The Twins are 41-13 in interleague play since 2006 and 22-5 at home during the same period. They have always used the National League as a batting tee and I expect the M&M boys to keep going.

2. Tigers over Rockies - The only team better than the Twins in interleague are the Tigers. 42-12, 22-5 at home. Tigers continue to lead the AL Central.

3. Blue Jays over Braves - Doc Halladay continues his winning ways and 33 year old rookie Kawakami continues his losing ways against a Blue Jays offense that is itching to swing the bats after being swept at Fenway.

4. Padres over Cubs - I have to disagree with Razor on this one. Peavy is a stubborn mule who likes pitching at DeadCo Park. The Cubs are without 2 of their best hitters (Ramirez & Lee) and are talking about moving Soriano to 2nd to try and get some more bats in the outfield. Tonight is Z's first start after the hamstring injury and he is on a pitch count.

5. A's over Dbacks - Arizona has just taken the cross-country flight from Miami after playing 3 games in 2 days. They are starting Billy Buckner who had a 15.75 ERA out of the pen before being demoted to AAA Reno. He's been called up to make this start and is 1-2, 6.49 in 5 career starts.

Best of luck everyone!
