Looks like everyone's on the same picks tonight, plus I'm at work so I might skip the reasons for my picks today..
I'm playing almost every game I think, I love the small cards where I can attack big.
I'm taking the Mets, the Yankees, Oswalt and the Atros at home, the Mariners at home, the Dodgers who seem like a lock, and the White Sox at home.. For totals I'm absolutely LOVING the over in SD/PHI with the two bad pitchers going at it, and I also like the over in the Mariners game, and the under in the Dodgers game..

Took the day off yesterday...Today I am goin with the White Sox at home with Colon. They are playin well right now. Also likin the Mets. They are playin a bad road team in Pittsburgh and Snell is getting rocked... I like the Brew Crew.. Houston and Oswalt who has thrown well recently but has gotten no run support. Also taking Cinncy and Volquez who is comin off the DL and has sick sick stuff !! and finally the Dodgers who just dont lose at home. Good Luck !!!!

I'm going with Yankees over Indians tonight on the ML. Look at the batting averages of the Yankee lineup vs. Sowers and you'll see all you need to know. The over (10 runs) is an interesting play here provided you believe in Joba's struggles in the early innings of his starts, and I'll take that as well. *****picks
White Sox over Athletics on ML - Some might think that Colon's last outing vs. the Angels was a fluke. Why else are the Sox rumored to be trading for any good pitcher out there? I think it was the start of something bigger for Bartolo in Anaheim, who notches another quality start tonight vs. another AL West foe. *****pick
I like the Cardinals over the Reds on the ML - STL is 14-2 vs. the Reds the last 16 at home, Volquez is fresh off the DL, Wellemeyer has been pitching well, it seems like an open and shut case. ****pick
Then, my late game pick is the Dodgers over Diamondbacks on the ML. Upton has been ice cold for Arizona, and as he goes, so does their offense. Dodgers are simply tough at home (18-5), though, and I'm actually leaning toward the run line and the over (9 runs) on this pick but I'll go ML for the surer bet. Additionally, LA is 10-1 when the total is 9-9.5 runs. *****pick

Hola gang...took a couple days off, but back and for some stupid reason I feel the need to pick the entire MLB board. I tried to do this earlier, but my computer wouldn't let me. So my reasons are short and sweet. (For further info, see Bowlsnapper...he has a lot of the same info I was going to use!)
All picks are ML
1. Yanks over Indians - The Yankees lineup has a sick batting average against left-handers like Sowers. Sowers himself might be worse: Jeter .625, Damon .556, Texeira .667, Rodriguez .429, Posada, .429, Swisher .500, Gardner .429, Cano .500.
2. Mets over Pirates - It's tempting to take the Pirates as a home dog, but the Mets are playing well even with their long list of players on the DL. Snell has struggled for the Bucs.
3. Brewers over Marlins - Brewers are playing well right now and the Fish are not.
4. Astros over Rockies - I normally avoid 2 bad teams playing each other, but with Roy O on the hill, all is well. I think with all the trade talks he steps it up a bit a-la Jake Peavy.
5. White Sox over Athletics - A's have just come off a tough series in Texas and Chicago has been hitting lights-out lately. This follows my 2 bad-team formula, so I also give the White Sox a home team boost.
6. Cardinals over Reds - Reiterating Bowlsnapper here. Volquez's first start off the DL and the Reds are 2-14 at St. Louis. Reds continue to drop.
7. Padres over Phillies - I like the home dog here as the Phillies travel west. The Padres have won 10 in a row at home and get one tonight.
8. Dodgers over Dbacks - Good vs. Not-Good. Kuroda comes off the DL tonight to make the start, but the DBacks are streaky and not streaking in the right direction right now.
9. Mariners over Orioles - Again, 2 bad teams, so I give the M's the home field advantage tonight. Plus, Ichiro has been hot lately and having him hit 5 times a game is huge for their offensive output.
